I'm the founder and CEO of Bikmo, a cycling insurance company built on a simple idea: riders deserve insurance designed by people who actually ride. Ten years on, we look after around 75,000 cyclists across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Austria, with a team of ~50 across Europe. I'm based in Innsbruck, which is hard to beat as a home for both the business and the bikes. Our goal is to become Europe's go-to cycling insurance brand: opening new markets, launching cycle-to-work and leasing products, and making claims genuinely painless rather than the usual insurance experience. Personally, I'm focused on building a company people love working for, and getting more people riding, more often.
