Vera Bremberger

I began my career as an ICU nurse and now lead Quality and Risk Management at BKH Kufstein, where I drive lean processes and strategic transformation. I believe true quality emerges from the synergy of people and systems, so I focus on openness, creativity, and trust to create sustainable change. To keep growing, I am pursuing a second master’s in transformation for impact organizations and plan a 2026 study stay in Japan to deepen my understanding of the Toyota Production System.
