Carola Weicksel

Passionate about what we can accomplish in safe and nurturing environments, Carola Weicksel creates and holds such spaces. As communication consultant, value coach, and facilitator she meets clients where they are and supports them to create impact for lives worth living.

Carola holds a master’s degree in Rhetoric and committed ten years to working in (leadership) roles in corporate communication. She is an IDG Ambassador and founded the IDG Berlin Creative Hub.

Awareness of destructive polarities and systems has inspired Carola’s concept of “criticising responsibly”: she advocates for collaborative opportunities to connect diverse stakeholders while stepping up for necessary change.
