Men Evolving Now // The Male Role in Society A men-only workshop series exploring the evolving role of masculinity in society. Limited discount on the next 3 tickets – €319/€419 Sign up for the info call on 12. May
MASCULINITY IS UNDER PRESSURE. “Men who cry are weak” “A real man never makes mistakes” “Masculinity means always knowing what to do” This image of masculinity creates an enormous amount of pressure and places a huge burden on many men. That is why we ask: “What does modern masculinity look like?” We will explore these questions in a six-part workshop series starting on 2 June 2026. The programme is based on psychological insights and the experiences gained through our work at Men Evolving Now. We will reflect with all participants, apply inner work exercises and, in doing so, further develop our understanding of masculinity together. This work requires us to commit to a process of change. In themed sessions, we will therefore engage intensively with our experiences and formative influences, and share our thoughts honestly within the group. We conceive of this space as a safe space: a space that we collectively make safe enough to allow us to be authentic. In the six workshops, each participant develops their own version of what it means to be a whole man and to live a positive version of masculinity. According to our Whole Man Model, being whole means being a man who recognises, lives and honours his inner diversity: For example, a man who can be strong and vulnerable, opinionated and a good listener, or consistent and humorous, depending on the situation. In each workshop, we free ourselves a little more from social conventions and open ourselves up to the full experience of being a man in today’s world. For only in this way can we make a difference in the world authentically, with integrity and in a sustainable way.
