Tiroler Edle, handmade chocolate from Tyrolean grey cows and Tiroler Reine soaps from the oldest soap factory Austrias and a shop in the old part of Innsbruck followed.

For the past three years, she has focused on circular economy within the Platform for Climate, Energy and Circular Economy, as well as through the Circular Hub Tirol. She is project lead of the Interreg project Inno.Circle.

Kristina Bogner is project lead at Klimabündnis Tirol and part of the INNO.CIRCLE team, supporting businesses in their transition toward circular economy strategies. Maileen kommt ursprünglich aus Deutschland und fühlt sich in Innsbruck mit den Bergen und der lebendigen Community bereits wie zu Hause. Schon im Bachelor tüftelte sie an Projekten mit Mehrwert, wie einer AR-App zur Mülltrennung. Aus der Begeisterung an der Arbeit mit zukunftsgerichteten Ideen, entschied sich Maileen für den Masterstudiengang Innovationsmanagement. Besonders faszinierte sie dabei die werteorientierte Unternehmensführung – für sie ist eine starke Vision mit echtem Impact ein Muss für jedes Unternehmen.

Während ihres Studiums verfolgte sie eine Startup-Idee gegen Periodenarmut und tauchte tief in die Gründerszene ein. Ihre Begeisterung für soziale Innovationen wuchs weiter, als sie ein Projekt begleitete, das Leerstand in einen konsumfreien Begegnungsraum verwandelte. Sie glaubt daran, dass echter Wandel dort entsteht, wo Mut auf neue Perspektiven trifft.

Nun bringt Maileen ihre Leidenschaft für sinnstiftende Projekte in den Impact Hub Tirol ein und kümmert sich mit viel Energie um das Content- und Spacemanagement.

Lena engagiert sich seit langem in verschiedenen Räumen und Rollen für mehr Gleichheit, Gerechtigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. Die Überzeugung, dass eine gerechte Gesellschaft und ein gutes Leben für alle untrennbar mit einer regenerativen Wirtschaft verbunden sind, bringt sie zum Impact Hub. Während ihrer Studien in den Bereichen Management, Tourismus und Marketing hat sie sich besonders auf ein queer-feministisches Wirtschaftsverständnis und intersektionale Machtanalysen spezialisiert. Ein kritisches Reflektieren von Privilegien sowie des eigenen Denkens und Handelns hält sie für essentiell auf dem Weg zu einer impact-orientierten Wirtschaft. Egal ob es um Community-Strategie, Business Model oder Organisationskultur geht: “Um ein neues System zu bauen, müssen wir vieles verlernen, das wir als gegeben verstehen und auf der anderen Seite einen offenen Geist für Neues und bis dahin Undenkbares kultivieren”. Im Impact Hub Tirol ist Lena für die Themen Marketing & Kommunikation, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion sowie Teile des Programm- und Community Managements zuständig.
