The Location Culture Meets Entrepreneurship! Since January 2025, we’ve been located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Kulturbackstube bakery. After a leak in the roof, the bakery’s old roof was replaced by what is now the Impact Hub. Now we enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views, sustainable wooden walls, and modern amenities. On the ground floor of the building is a Third Space, a casual gathering place that hosts the lunch program and connects the diverse initiatives within the building. Events, collectives, and studios - this is Innsbruck’s cultural hub.
Seminar and Event Rooms The bright, light-filled spaces are perfect for workshops, seminars, corporate events, company parties, hackathons, and presentations. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, flexible furniture, and a variety of workshop materials, the Hub is the ideal event venue for anyone looking for a change of scenery. Catering and a facilitator can be booked as optional extras. Meeting Room, 2nd Floor This meeting room, which accommodates up to 5 people, features access to a balcony, a smart TV with a smart video conferencing system, and workshop materials such as a flip chart, pens, and post-its. It’s perfect for: • Professional online video conferences • Team meetings and discussions • Client presentations and meetings • Workshops and small-group team retreats Our community kitchen features a well-stocked fridge with delicious regional organic sodas, as well as a portafilter machine with fair-trade organic coffee. FAQs I get a lot of calls. Are there enough alternative spaces? Yes. Our new space has 2 call boxes, 2 focus rooms, 2 meeting rooms, and plenty of common areas to use as alternatives. The rooms can be booked online in advance, or on-site using a physical list. Is there a second monitor, or can I bring my own? The Clean Desk workstations are equipped with a few extra monitors, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Do you offer day passes? Sure, feel free to stay for a day. It’s perfect for business trips, workations, or visits. You can find this option on our booking page. Can I come by for a trial day? You’re welcome to do that. Every Thursday at 9 a.m., Maileen gives a tour of the Hub. Afterward, you can use the space for free as a trial coworking day. Just sign up here. As a coworking member, do I automatically become a community member? We focus on the community. When you book a coworking space, you automatically become a member and receive all the benefits included. I'd like to just drop by the coworking space every now and then. Do you offer 10-session passes? We offer a variety of flexible options for people who just want to cowork with us from time to time. For example, you can come by once a month or once a week. We don’t offer 10-session passes, because we, too, need to be able to plan both our occupancy and our finances. However, you’re welcome to purchase day passes on a flexible basis. What is the notice period? For coworking passes, you have a 30-day notice period; for offices, it’s 4 months. Why don't I see any offices on the booking page? Our offices are fully booked. If you’re interested in an office space, please feel free to contact Maileen directly so we can learn about your preferences and needs and schedule a tour. I can't come to the coworking space for a whole day. Can I split up the hours in my plan? Generally speaking, you cannot use your chosen plan on an hourly basis. For example, if you’re on the 2-days-a-week Flex Desk plan, you can use the coworking space for a maximum of 8 hours on 2 days per week. In exceptional cases (e.g., caregiving responsibilities, special professional requirements, etc.), a half-day split is possible; for example, with the 2-days-a-week Flex Desk model, you can come to the coworking space on 4 half-days a week (either in the morning or in the afternoon). If you’d like to take advantage of this offer, please let us know before you book so we can determine whether you’re eligible for this model. Any Questions?
