With the Tyrolean Accelerator for impact-oriented startups, we are unleashing the full impact potential of the startup ecosystem.

In six modules, we will make your startup investment-ready and work with you as founders so that you will be experienced entrepreneurs by the end of the program. The modules run from Thursday noon to Saturday evening and all take place on site.

We provide you with experienced experts, entrepreneurs, investors, etc. as mentors who will accompany you through both phases of the program.

We help you fund your pre-seed or seed round.

• We don’t have any fixed patterns or templates. We help you find the right financing strategy for your startup, enabling you to make a lasting impact.
• We prepare you as best we can for your fundraising. We work with you to develop your data room and term sheets and practice investor calls with you.
• We invest in a maximum of three teams per cohort through our investment vehicle in order to facilitate the fundraising process for you. Important: We never finance an entire round on our own.
• We will assist you in finding additional suitable investors to complete your round through our extensive network.

At pioneer:impact, you become part of a community with lifelong relationships. We regularly bring all batches together for retreats, organize events, and share outdoor experiences with each other.

In cooperation with the Hil Foundation, we focus on wellbeing. Mental health, resilience, emotional leadership, personal growth, and support networks are promoted through training, coaching, peer-to-peer sharing, and complementary activities.

By the end of the program, you should have found and established a suitable legal form. Preference will be given to teams that have already been established when accepting them into the accelerator.

The key question is: Is it your intention to create social added value with your company and solve social/ecological challenges?

Your startup does not have to be based in Tyrol. We are looking for startups from the Euregio+. A connection to Tyrol, i.e., founders from the region, founded in the region, or the intention to settle or become active there, is an advantage.

Euregio+ encompasses the European region of Tyrol (Tyrol, South Tyrol, and Trentino), western Austria (Tyrol, Vorarlberg, and Salzburg), southern Germany, and eastern Switzerland.

Our program is aimed at teams in the market entry phase (pre-seed, seed) with an existing minimum viable product. The feasibility of your product/prototype has already been tested on the market (proof of concept). During the program, we will refine your product, impact, and business model.

Participation in the program costs €2,000 per team.

We do not take any shares in your startup and are not subordinate to any larger company. In order to continue financing the program independently and provide you with professional support, we charge participation fees. A place in the program costs us €18,000 per team. Your participation fee therefore co-finances your place and demonstrates your commitment.

You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs (except for the remote module). Meals on site are covered.

Your team must consist of at least two people. As an individual, it is difficult to overcome the challenges in this phase, and we recommend that you first focus on forming a small team that will support the idea together.

You can definitely be a non-profit organization. There are no criteria regarding whether you are an association, a limited liability company, a cooperative, or another legal form.

Our program is cross-sectoral in order to give as many impact companies as possible access at the right stage. This means that you can apply regardless of your industry.
